Q: Do you charge a commission or any fees?
We do not charge any fees to perform an analysis and evaluation of your situation. From our initial consultation, to the viewing of your property, to our final proposal, our service is entirely free.

When you submit your information, you are under no obligation whatsoever. We will only use that information to evaluate your property to formulate the best available options to help you resolve your situation. You are under no obligation to accept our proposal. All the information you provide is strictly confidential and will be used for evaluation purposes only.… and we won’t hassle you, won’t harass you… it’s 100% your decision and we’ll let you decide what’s right for you.
Q: How long will the whole evaluation process take?
Once we have all the information, we can usually present you with a proposal within 24-48 hours.
Q: How does the process work?
First, we would just need to gather some basic information that you would provide by completing the Short Form on the left side of this page or by calling (800) 252-3544. Next, a representative will review your property and then contact you. At this time, he may ask for additional information, answer any questions you may have and may want to schedule a time to meet at the property. Finally, he will present you with a proposal with the various options that you qualify for. You can further discuss or accept the option that is best for you or reject the options and we will politely wish you the best of luck.
Q: Can you still help me if I am facing foreclosure?
Yes, that is when you need our services the most. We can help you avoid foreclosure. We have experience working with loss mitigation and will contact your lending institution and, depending on which stage of the foreclosure process you are at, arrange to settle all outstanding payments.
Q: Do you work with houses that are in bad shape and need serious repair?
Yes, we work with houses that are in any condition. Houses that are old, ugly, run down and that nobody else would even consider buying.
